EasyHouse helps foreigners rent a home abroad long term
EasyHouse is a long-term rental service for foreigners. We started in Da Nang, Vietnam: every rental listing in the city is gathered in one place in English and Russian, and we take the communication with the owner, the checks and the viewing on ourselves.
What we do
Long-term rentals in Da Nang are posted on Vietnamese classifieds and property sites. The listings are in Vietnamese, owners rarely speak English, and 87% of the offers come from agencies rather than owners.
We collect all these listings every 4 hours, translate and structure them, put them on a map with districts, and remove the sellers’ phone numbers. When you choose a place, we contact the owner for you.
How renting with EasyHouse works

- Send a requestPick a move-in date and term. A request is free and commits you to nothing.
- We check with the ownerWe confirm the place is still free and the terms are current, and send fresh photos or a video.
- ViewingWe arrange a viewing at a time that suits you.
- Contract and move-inWe help with the contract and translation and stay in touch until you move in. The owner registers you with the local police (tạm trú).
How much it costs
The price on the site is per month and already includes our service fee. You pay nothing on top of that price.
Requests and viewings are free, and there is no prepayment: money changes hands only after the viewing and a signed contract.
For owners the service is free.

Where listings come from and what we check
Listings and photos come from Vietnamese classifieds and property sites and are refreshed every 4 hours; places that were taken disappear from the site within hours.
Before a viewing we confirm with the owner that the place is free and the price is current. The “Verified” badge appears only after our staff visited the place.
We do not publish reviews we have not received and do not take bookings or payments online.
Where we work
We started in Da Nang, Vietnam, and cover it fully: a map of the whole city, every district and fresh listings several times a day. Next come other cities of Vietnam and then other countries, wherever foreigners rent for months and the local market is hard to navigate.

Which countries does EasyHouse work in?
Right now Vietnam: Da Nang is fully covered. We plan to add other cities and countries; each one opens with the same full-city map and checks.
Is EasyHouse an agency?
EasyHouse is a rental service: we show the whole local market in one place and handle the communication with the owner or agency, the checks and the viewing for you.
Do I pay anything in advance?
No. Requests and viewings are free; money changes hands only after the viewing and a signed contract. Our fee is already included in the monthly price on the site.
How often are listings updated?
Every 4 hours. Places that are no longer available disappear from the site within hours.
Can I rent for 1–3 months?
Many owners accept short terms, sometimes at a higher monthly price. Choose the term in the request and we will tell you which places agree.
