Open a listing, pick a move-in date and term and press “Send request”. We confirm availability and terms with the owner and reply with a viewing time.

Yes. You do not pay anything for a request or a viewing. Never pay anyone before the viewing and a signed contract.

Listings update several times a day, but good places go fast. If it is taken, we will offer similar options nearby at a similar price.

The price on the site is per month and already includes our service fee. Electricity is usually paid separately by the meter; water, internet and cleaning — we confirm for each place.

Usually 1–2 months of rent, paid with the first month. It is returned at move-out minus any damage. If the owner stated the deposit, you will see it on the listing.

Many owners accept short terms, sometimes at a higher monthly price. Choose the term in the request — we will tell you which places agree.

For convenience. You pay the owner in Vietnamese dong; the dollar price is calculated at the current rate. You can switch the currency in the menu.

Photos come from the listing. Before the viewing we can send fresh photos or a video of the place.

Ask for a contract in English or with a translation — we help with that. At move-in, photograph the place and the meter readings, keep receipts for the deposit and every payment.

Yes. In Vietnam the owner must register a foreign tenant with the local police (tạm trú). You will need your passport and visa.
