Terms of use
These terms are a public offer to use EasyHouse (easyhouse.rent, “we”). By using the site, sending a request or creating an account you accept them. Questions: info@easyhouse.rent.
What the service does
EasyHouse is a long-term rental service for foreigners. We show rental listings in one place, and on your request we contact the owner or agency, check that the place is available, arrange a viewing and help with the contract and translation.
Listings
Listings, photos and prices come from public Vietnamese classifieds and property sites and from owners. We translate and structure them, but cannot guarantee that every detail is accurate or that a place is still available until we confirm it with the owner after your request.
Requests
A request is free and is not a booking or a commitment to rent. The lease is signed between you and the owner or agency; we are not a party to it unless stated otherwise in writing.
Prices and payments
Prices on the site are per month and already include our service fee; you pay nothing on top of the price shown. There is no prepayment: money changes hands only after the viewing and a signed contract. Prices in other currencies are calculated at the current rate and are approximate. Deposits, utilities and other terms are set by the owner and stated in the contract.
Account
You must be at least 18 years old and give accurate details. Keep access to your email secure: anyone with the sign-in code can enter your account. You can delete the account by writing to us.
For owners
By sending an owner request you confirm that you have the right to rent out the property. Listing through us is free for owners.
Acceptable use
Do not send false requests, spam, try to bypass the spam protection, collect data from the site automatically, or interfere with its work. We may block access in case of abuse.
Content and complaints
Photos and descriptions belong to their authors. If you are the author or owner and want something removed, write to info@easyhouse.rent — we remove it promptly after checking.
Liability
The site is provided “as is”. We are not responsible for the actions of owners and agencies, the condition of the property or performance of the lease, and our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
Changes and disputes
We may update these terms; the current version and its date are on this page. Disputes are resolved by negotiation first; if that fails — under the law of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
